Before Championships

• Duties of Regional Manager - to be read before completing the nomination form
• Responsibilities of Regional Team Officials - to be read before completing the nomination form
• Nomination Form
• Application for Approval of Duties - to be completed after appointment of the nominated position
• EFT Details Form - allows for allowances to be deposited into your bank account. Only needs to be completed if PSSB does not already have your details or your details have changed
• Team Information Sheet - to be completed as soon as possible after appointment  in consultation with coach
• Team List - to be submitted within a week of regional championship

During Championships

• Risk Management Checklist - Event Venue
• Risk Management Checklist - Team
• Accident Report Form - for any accidents you regard as major
• Media Release Form

After Championships

• Report of Peninsula School Team at Queensland Championships - to be completed in consultation with the Regional Coach
• Claim for Payment - only to be completed for expenses approved by the RSSO
