Before Championships

• Duties of Regional Convenor - to be read before completing the nomination form
• Nomination Form
• Regional Championship Information - should be completed about 1 month before the championship and sent to PSSB. This will then be sent to all schools within the region.
• Application for Approval of Duties - to be completed after appointment of the nominated position
• EFT Details Form - allows for allowances to be deposited into your bank account. Only needs to be completed if PSSB does not already have your details or your details have changed

During Championships

•  Risk Management Checklist - Event Venue

After Championships

• Report of Regional Championships - to be completed within two (2) weeks of the championships
• Claim for Payment - only to be completed for expenses approved by the RSSO
